How do I change the content on my site?
Short answer: Email support with the change you want. We update your website and tell you when it is live.
Steps
- Email hello@sortedonline.uk from the
email address on your account.
- Say which page you mean: home, services, about, or contact.
- Send the exact words you want. A screenshot of the part you want changed
also helps.
- We make the change and check it.
- We publish the new version and reply to tell you it is live.
What to expect
Simple text changes are usually made the same working day. Larger changes, such as a new page, can take longer. Your live website is never replaced by a half-finished version. If your change needs a decision from you, we ask before we continue. Do not send passwords or bank details. Editing your own pages is coming later; for now, we make the changes for you.
