What happens after I sign up? (from form to live site)
Short answer: We build the first version of your website automatically. You choose your domain, then it goes live, usually within a few minutes.
Steps
- We keep the details you gave us and create your website.
- We write the first version of your pages: home, services, about, and
contact.
- Choose the domain for your website. Every plan includes your own domain, and
we register it and set it up for you.
- We publish your website on your domain. Open it and check it, and bookmark
it so you can find it later.
- Add email forwarding if you want it. This step is optional.
- Set up Direct Debit to keep your website live after the first month.
What to expect
The first version is usually live within a few minutes. When we create your account, we send you a short welcome email that confirms your account and links to your next step. We do not send a separate email when the website itself is ready, so please bookmark your address and check back. When we update your website later, the new version does not replace the live one until it has been checked. If nothing appears after 30 minutes, email support.
