Does my website work on mobile?
Short answer: Yes. Every website we build works on phones, tablets, and computers. Each page fits the screen, so there is no separate mobile site to set up or look after.
Steps
- Open your website on your own phone and check the four pages: home,
services, about, and contact.
- Turn the phone sideways and back. The text should stay inside the screen,
with no sideways scrolling.
- Tap the buttons and links. The main buttons are at least 44 pixels tall,
which is the size a finger needs.
- Send the link to a friend and ask them to open it on their phone.
- Email hello@sortedonline.uk if something
looks wrong, and tell us the phone and browser you used.
What to expect
Your website is built once and adapts to the screen. It uses the width it has, wraps long text, and stacks the service cards into one column on a narrow screen. There is no separate mobile address and nothing for you to maintain. Pages load quickly on a phone because they carry no large images.
